About the Author

I hope to be a part of young minds as they sail the waves of education, guiding and empowering them to navigate their own journeys toward success. Every step of this journey fuels my passion for teaching and shapes the educator I aspire to become.

I’m Sherynn Khate N. Macaraig, a 4th-year Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English student at FEU Roosevelt Cainta. Becoming an English teacher has always been my dream, and I’m deeply passionate about inspiring young minds, embracing lifelong learning, and making a positive impact in every classroom I step into.

Through my journey, I’ve sought opportunities to grow as an educator and connect with diverse learners. One of the most transformative experiences was participating in the SEAMEO SEA Teacher Program, where I had the privilege of teaching in Bengkulu, Indonesia. This opportunity enriched my understanding of cross-cultural education and strengthened my commitment to sharing knowledge that bridges communities.
