As I crafted my teaching plan, I made sure to align it with the implemented curriculum, Kurikulum Merdeka. Here’s how I ensured the alignment:

1. Student-Centered Learning:

   • I made sure that students were actively engaged in every step of the lesson, from identifying facts and opinions to participating in interactive games and group skits.

   • Encouraging them to share their diverse perspectives during discussions helped foster independent thinking and critical analysis, which are key elements of student-centered learning.

2. Contextualized Learning:

   • I connected the lesson to real-life situations by distinguishing between formal and informal expressions. This helped students see how the lesson applies to both workplace settings (formal) and casual conversations with friends (informal).

   • By making the lesson relatable to their daily lives, I ensured that students could see the practical use of what they were learning.

3. Critical Thinking and Creativity:

   • Activities such as analyzing whether statements were facts or opinions and creating scripts for skits were designed to encourage higher-order thinking.

   • I emphasized crafting responses for both formal and informal contexts, helping students develop their creative problem-solving skills.

4. Multisensory Approach:

   • I integrated a variety of materials, including video clips, audio recordings, and hands-on activities like the treasure hunt.
