SEAling the Seas

       "SEALing the Seas" is a narrative that tackles my journey in the vibrant city of Bengkulu, Indonesia, going beyond just a blog to share the valuable experiences and lessons I gained. This is a reflection of my experience as part of the SEAMEO SEA Teacher Program, hosted by the University of Bengkulu. During this program, I had the incredible opportunity to observe and teach at SMA Negeri 5, where I was immersed in a new culture and educational system.​ Through this blog, I share my personal stories, reflections, and insights from my time in Bengkulu, where I learned not only from my students but also from the environment that surrounded me.

 

The title draws inspiration from sailing—navigating challenges, embracing opportunities, and exploring uncharted waters, much like my journey of self-discovery and growth in this new educational landscape.

 

Just as a sailor faces the waves, my experience taught me valuable lessons about resilience, cultural exchange, and the unifying power of education. ​
